1) START UP
An interactive and collaborative kick off session to bring everyone on board and pave the way for a robust learning journey. Your team will define success, identify core learning needs, get clear about roles and participate in hands on training so you are prepared, aligned and ready to dive in!

2) EXPLORATION
Get to KNOW your consumers through this immersive experience that elicits rich, holistic understanding. As an active participant in Consumer Workshops and Ethnographic-Based Visits you have the opportunity to directly connect with consumers and dive into their world. Infused into the process are creative tools and techniques (graphic templates, prework, visual storytelling, metaphorical tools and more) that get beyond surface responses to deeply held (but hard to express) thoughts and feelings.

3) INSIGHT DISCOVERY & OUTCOME CREATION (IDOC)
This is where the magic happens as your team works collaboratively to synthesize and converge the learnings and create your outcomes TOGETHER. As you dig into all the “exploration nuggets, ” key themes and fresh insights will emerge. It is an intense and powerful process that helps you to internalize what you've learned and build shared knowledge to which everyone is aligned. You will walk out with outcomes in hand and Sparxx will help you to bring these to life for sharing with others in compelling ways.
